This program is designed for character-driven individuals with proven leadership experience who wish to make a positive difference in the lives of our employees. These men and women must have received a bachelor’s degree with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale from an accredited university.

Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to groom and develop select individuals for a first-line management position at one of our company’s locations in Texas or Oklahoma. Candidates will be exposed to practical business experience and development opportunities while focusing on a future leadership role. A mentor will meet weekly with each candidate, answering questions and offering counsel.
